As a Sales & Product Manager, you will set ambitious sales goals and drive revenue from initial cold calls to final deal closings. Your role is pivotal in initiating and nurturing lasting customer relationships, ensuring our market presence is both dynamic and influential.
Your new role
- Manage projects and processes with autonomy, demonstrating your ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Make informed decisions on moderately complex to complex issues, showcasing your technical prowess in project components.
- Thrive in ambiguous situations, using your expertise to navigate and resolve challenges.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across departments and with departmental management.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, cardiac surgeons.
- Influence parties with often divergent interests to achieve short-term national and project objectives.
- Tackle difficult and sometimes complex problems with creativity and efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant Life Sciences field (Biology, Molecular Bionics Engineer or similar).
- 5-8 years of professional experience in sales and/or product management with Medical Devices.
- Confident English skills in verbal and written
- Proven experience in project management.
